We usually use Canada Post for shipping but may at our discretion use another shipper.

For returns we aim to please. If it’s not right let us know. We accept returns of defective products. Exchanges accepted with the return of the original product in its original condition. Return shipping will be covered by the customer for exchanges.

Our policy is to keep your personal information as private and confidential as possible. 

We do not sell your information.

In some cases services or providers we use may have access to some information. Some examples are, but not limited to, Stripe, Google, Canada Post.
